Gretchen Mitchell, a 30-year real estate veteran, has built her success on patience, perseverance and effective negotiation skills in representing her clients. Following a teaching career, Gretchen obtained her California Real Estate License in 1978. Originally, she helped to establish Century 21 Village Realty in La Jolla, serving as the sales manager. In 1988, she joined Coldwell Banker where, for the past 20 years, she has enjoyed a very successful real estate career. She frequently attends classes and seminars to stay current on changes and trends in the real estate market and contract law. Her professional affiliations and accomplishments include:
